Privacy policy

Unless otherwise provided below, the provision of your personal data is not required by law or contract, nor is it necessary for the conclusion of a contract. Use of page insights
We use the analysis function “Page Insights” of Facebook Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland; “Facebook Ireland”).
Facebook Ireland and we are jointly responsible for the data processing of the page insights analysis function. The basis for this is an agreement on the joint processing of personal data, which can be accessed under https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum.
Facebook Ireland assumes primary responsibility under the GDPR for data processing and fulfils all obligations under the GDPR with regard to the processing of this data, including the information obligations pursuant to Articles 12 and 13 GDPR, the rights of data subjects pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 GDPR and the security requirements of Articles 32 to 34 GDPR. In addition, Facebook Ireland will make the essence of the joint processing agreement available to data subjects.
The Page Insights function is used for the purpose of advertising and market research in order to provide you with more relevant content and to develop new functions of interest to you. Facebook Ireland uses cookies that enable an analysis of your visits to the fan page. The information generated by the cookies about your use of the fan page is usually transmitted to Facebook servers in the USA and stored there. Facebook has certified itself under the US-EU Privacy Shield Agreement, pledging to comply with European privacy policies.

The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(4) of the European 1 lit. f GDPR from our overriding legitimate interest in targeted advertising and the targeted design of the fan page.

Rights of the data subject
If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Artt. 15 to 20 GDPR: right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability.
